This two-hour mini-retreat invites you to pause, breathe, and find your equi.librium amidst the serene embrace of nature and the sanctuary’s gentle herd.

As spring unfolds and the year moves toward its final chapters, this is your invitation to step away from expectation and drift inward. Guided by musician and certified sound healer Indi Starbright, you’ll be held in a nurturing soundscape designed to realign your body, calm your nervous system, and bring you home to balance. ✨⚖️

The venue

We will gather at the beautiful Owl & The PussyCat Farm Animal Sanctuary.
This 130-acre slice of paradise is the perfect place to find respite and restore your nervous system during this sensory experience of immersion and connection. The tranquillity of the expansive yet cosy hug of the valley creates an oasis that allows you to bathe in the healing magic that The Owl & The PussyCat’s over 80 rescue animals offer. 🐴

We invite you to enter a true sanctuary for your mind, body, and spirit. Allow the rescue herd, along with musician Indi Starbright, to guide you on this deeply nourishing journey.

Together, we'll create space for clarity, healing, and balance, ⚖️

Please note

• Sound baths are powerful, and while they are safe, please inform us if you are pregnant, have any implants, sound-induced epilepsy, or serious mental health issues.

• While sound baths are just as beneficial for children, for group events, we ask that only adults and young adults (who are open and feel comfortable) join us. This ensures the space (and you) remain peaceful and relaxed throughout our experience.

• The Sanctuary is a safe place for all. All interactions are by invitation and mutual consent. Our human guests and rescue animals only ever interact if both beings feel like connecting. Even if you are hesitant around horses, you still gain enormous benefits by simply being in their presence (even from behind a fence or from indoors).

• The Owl & The PussyCat Farm Animal Sanctuary is a non-profit, registered charity dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation, and rehoming of farmed animals in need. (All donations over $2 are tax-deductible for Australian residents.)
