Join Kirk Jones of Evolvlove Sound Therapy and Mary of Mishana for a relaxing immersive healing experience with movement, sound, and vibration. We will begin with gentle stretching and guided breath and body scan relaxation to prepare the body to fully receive the vibrations. Then enjoy the pure harmonies of quartz and gemstone crystal bowls with the complex beauty of a symphony of Paiste gongs, while large bronze singing bowls are rung and sung on your body. This container is designed to clear energetic and muscle tension, guiding you to healing within and bringing you and your nervous system into a deep restorative relaxation.
Scientific research shows the frequency of sound waves lowers anxiety and blood pressure. The frequencies massage you on a cellular level, washing away stress, pain and energetic blocks. As you sink into theta brainwave state, the body and mind heals itself. Our studio has incredible acoustics!
