Event description

New Moon Women's Circle
at Black Mat Yoga
with Lauren Daoulas & guest facilitator Mel Annette

Welcome to a nourishing evening dedicated to deepening connection to self, others and the natural world.

Our Women's Circle is an invitation to meet likeminded women, and in the spirit of sisterhood share stories, wisdom and dreams. Together, we will create a sacred space for authentic expression and community support, forging bonds that strengthen our individual and collective wisdom.

The lens of the natural world will inform the themes, practices and rituals that will be explored throughout the evening. The new moon signifies the darkest night in the calendar month. Winter is the season of retreating within, of rest and gestation. In this space of darkness and introspection we turn our energy inwards, creating fertile soil for growth and expansion.

If you are feeling the call to tend to your roots, to explore your inner landscape, to receive the medicine of women and community, and to cultivate a deeper connection to yourself, nature and others, join us in circle.

What to expect:

✵Ceremonial cacao or herbal tea on arrival
✵Somatic practices (breathwork & movement)
✵Earth medicine & nature connection
✵Intuitive arts
✵Heart-centered connection with kindred women
✵Light snacks
✵Bolsters, cushions, and blankets provided

What to bring:

✵Drink bottle
✵Journal (optional)
✵An item that holds meaning for you
✵Anything else you may need to be comfortable

Our circles are transformative journeys of self-discovery and connection. They are designed to deepen your connection to Self, foster your connection with others who identify as women, and appreciate the beauty in the natural world.

We ask you arrive 10 minutes early so that you can settle in.
