Gathering with women is always soulfull and nourishing. No competition, no drama just honesty, love and support. We explore different topics each month. Somatic expression through guided body movement, meditation, conscious conversation and to conclude the evening we practice devotional singing.  Chai & treats are shared, lots of laughs too.
