Event description

Join us every New Moon to nurture your entire being through gentle restorative yoga, journaling, and a time of undisturbed personal reflection. Hosted by Mindful Body Yogi Cath Dalle, and intuitive musician Alexia Parenzee, this sacred time is yours to deeply nurture yourself in softness and in flow, all set to relaxing intuitive live music.

Be guided through restorative yin yoga poses and embodied yoga to disconnect  from your head, and into your body as we step into this blissful time for self, under the gentle lunar energy. Let the vibrations of intuitive song and crystal singing bowls relax your body and mind, and refresh your spirit, guiding you to more clarity and vision.

During this 2-hour evening session we will enjoy a beautiful flow between slow, restorative (yin) yoga poses, lots of personal time to journal and be with yourself in a very relaxed and nurturing space. 

*This event is suitable for all and requires no experience in yoga, journaling, meditation or singing, (you are not required to sing. Alexia will do that for you <3).

Why the New Moon?

To live in harmony with the cycles of nature is to become aware of and connected to the rhythm of life. The monthly cycle of the Moon offers us space to honour this flow of life. Every month, and using the unique energies of the New Moon, you can set free what no longer serves you in your life and take this nurturing moment to yourself to create fresh starts and new beginnings.

Look forward to a nourishing and soothing evening away from the busyness of life. You’ll create space for inner healing, contemplation and transformation. Counteract the heat, intensity and yang energy of life with the balance bestowed from the soft, gentle aspects of the lunar energy.

This is your time to connect with yourself, realign with your desires and dreams, and let go of what may be blocking you from getting there.

Cath Dalle (Mindful Body) has been teaching, practising and learning Yoga for nearly 20 years and shares with you her warm nature, wealth of expertise and passion to nurture the whole person - mind, body and spirit. Qualified as a Vinyasa and Therapeutic Yoga teacher, her life-long interest in free dance and anatomy has created her unique approach to the yoga she teaches.

Cath’s philosophy is to see more people reconnecting with their body, their breath, freeing their movement, empowered to take hold of their own well-being and raising their mindfulness on and off the mat. Through gentle prompts and support, Cath will create a safe and nurturing environment for all levels, ages and abilities.



Alexia Parenzee is an intuitive musician, working with the music and myth of her South African heritage through sacred music and sound. With 10+ years of music experience, live performance and international showings, she shares her passion and authenticity through sound. Be swooned to the gentle song of her voice accompanied with the healing vibrations and frequencies of the crystal singing bowls, hang drum, acoustic guitar and medicine hoop drum.
