This special New Year session will include the transformative practice of iRest Yoga Nidra, a deeply restorative guided meditation technique that invites the body into profound relaxation while maintaining awareness, allowing participants to release stress, reset their nervous systems, and access a state of inner stillness. By working with this technique, you can achieve a sense of clarity and balance that extends far beyond the session, making it an ideal way to begin the year with focus and intention.  

In addition, Peter will lead you into a deep meditation experience and share practical tools and techniques to enhance or reignite your personal meditation practice. From refining your posture and breathing techniques to exploring simple strategies for maintaining consistency, these tips are designed to help you build a sustainable and enriching meditation routine. 

Whether you’re new to meditation or looking to deepen your practice, this session offers the perfect opportunity to reconnect with stillness and set a mindful tone for the months ahead.  

Cost: $50 for the two hour instruction
