Come and join us for a New Year, New Movement class on Friday 3rd January 2025. Start your year with a different style of Movement Practice / Yoga that does NOT involve
- Over stretching
- Over-challenging poses
- The need for any form of perfection...you are perfect just as you are.
- Over Breathing: the trick is to breathe less with more efficiency.
- A Cooky Cutter approach when one style fits all
This class encourages:
- the skill to listen to the whispers of your body and to practice within your own joint ranges and capabilities.
- Softness and flow in your Movement Patterns
- Increased circulation without increasing the Heart Rate and putting your body under any form of stress.
This is a one off class to gently guide you into 2025 with more Body Awareness and a newfound fondness for Movement suitable for your body and how it makes you feel.
Suitable for all levels: small class size with a maximum number of 6.
