Renewing, Reconnecting, Releasing.... ​and Finding Ease
Traditionally, the New Year is a time to take stock of our lives, to reconnect more fully with our deeper aspirations, and to let go of what no longer serves. 
This nine-day retreat provides a precious opportunity to settle into silence and with the support of sangha/community, attune more fully to the heart and mind.
Through this process of deep listening to ourselves and others, we can then better understand how to live our lives with more ease, kindness, compassion and clarity.

Refund policy

If 30 days or more before the event - a full refund less $100 admin fee and banking fees. If less than 30 days before the event - no refund unless SIM is successful in filling your place. In such case the same $100 cancellation and banking fee applies. Please note: With some venues the cancellation period and the amount refunded may differ as we would be bound by the venues cancellation policy, in such instances this will be made clear on the retreat web page.
