Celebrate the arrival of 2027 with an unforgettable Italian New Year's Eve Dinner and Dance at Fogolar Furlan Club!
Join us for an evening of authentic Italian cuisine, live music and dancing in a warm and festive atmosphere. Enjoy a specially prepared four-course set menu showcasing traditional Italian flavours, followed by live entertainment and dancing as we count down to the New Year.
At midnight, raise your glass with a complimentary glass of Champagne as we welcome 2027 together!
FOUR-COURSE SET MENU
To Start – Antipasto Fogolar
A selection of Italian cured meats and cheeses, polenta, arancini, giardiniera and olives.
Pasta – Pasta Tricolore
Fresh pasta with tomato sauce, fresh basil and stracciatella cheese.
Main Course – Alternate Drop
Involtino di Pollo
Chicken roulade filled with pancetta, spinach and cheese.
Filetto di Salmone
Atlantic salmon drizzled with basil-infused extra virgin olive oil.
Both main courses will be served with roasted potatoes and fresh mixed salad to share.
Dessert – Semifreddo alla Vaniglia
Vanilla semifreddo served with mixed berry compote.
