- Can I arrive early and grab a spot?
The Llawn area / Beer Garden will be closed from 4.30pm - 5.30pm. There will be no access during these times. If you arrive early you can still grab a drink from the Homestead Brewery which is close by.
- Can I bring my own food?
Sorry, it’s strictly NO BYO food or drinks - so please don't bring in any snacks, cheese, chocolate, meat pies, pavlovas, roast dinners, samboy chips, or chicken flavoured twisties. Relax, enjoy the view and let us take care of the catering and drinks. We have plenty of delicious options for you to enjoy.
- I'm bringing my kids, can I bring food for them?
Sorry, it’s strictly NO BYO food or drinks. There will be plenty of kid friendly food.
- Can I bring my pet?
Sorry, no pets are allowed on Mandoon Estate. Your guide dog however, is always welcome on the dance floor.
- Can I bring my own chairs and picnic rugs?
Sure. We want you to be comfortable, so feel free to set up your own chairs and rugs in the Llawn’s garden. We just ask that you please leave some space infront of the stage for those who enjoy a boogie!
- Can I pre-order a Picnic Hamper?

- I bought a ticket and now cant attend, can I get a refund?
Sorry, but the tickets are strictly non-refundable. You are welcome to pass them on to a friend.
- What if it's raining?
The event will go ahead, bring a poncho and gumboots, dance in the mud and pretend you are at Glastonbury!
- What if the concert is cancelled by venue unforeseen circumstances or severe weather?
In this case, we will offer a full refund.
- Why aren't you staying open until midnight?!~ That's just ridiculous!
Staying up till midnight is as outdated - we've all got kids now!
