Celebrate New Year’s Eve with a twilight Fire Feast

For an unforgettable celebration this New Year’s Eve, we invite you to join us for a special NYE Fire Feast.

For a fun and fire-filled evening, gather your nearest and dearest to ring in 2026 with a theatrical South American asado experience. Each ticket includes two hours of canapés and beverages by the fire, before sitting down for the Fire Feast mains, sides, and dessert.

Our incredible team of chefs will light the coals of our iron dome, planchas, and infiernillo to create a South American culinary feast of flame grilled meats, seafood and vegetables using Southern Highlands produce and South Coast seafood.

Ticket Information

All reservations must be secured online, with a ticket required for every guest.

Choose from three seating times:

• 6:00pm Table in Fire Kitchen– Pre-dinner drinks & canapés from 4:00pm - 6:00pm

• 7:00pm Table on George's Terrace– Pre-dinner drinks & canapés from 5:00pm - 7:00pm

• 8:00pm Table in George's – Pre-dinner drinks & canapés from 6:00pm - 8:00pm

Each ticket includes all food, plus two hours of beverages served during the canapé reception by the fire. Guests can enjoy a curated selection of wines, beers, and cocktails throughout the two-hour drinks service. Additional beverages outside this selection may be purchased separately.

Following the canapé reception, beverages during the seated Fire Feast (mains onwards) are available for purchase on consumption from our extensive beverage list.

If you have additional guests purchasing separately, simply email dining@osbornhouse.com.au so we can arrange your seating together (please ensure all guests book for the same dining time).

Tables are allocated within your chosen dining space, and while we are unable to guarantee specific table requests, each party will have its own dedicated table.

Please note that, as our boutique hotel can host only a limited number of guests for this event, tickets are strictly non-refundable.

Terms & Conditions

Age Restriction:
This event is strictly 18+. Guests under 18 years of age will not be permitted entry.

Cancellation Policy:
All ticket sales are final — please read the cancellation policy carefully before purchasing.

• Before 1 November 2025:
  Receive a 100% credit of the ticket value, redeemable towards dining at Osborn House until 28 February 2026.

• Between 1 – 30 November 2025:
  Receive a 50% credit of the ticket value, redeemable towards dining at Osborn House until 28 February 2026. The remaining 50% will be forfeited as a late cancellation penalty.

• On or after 1 December 2025:
  100% of the ticket value will be forfeited. No credits or refunds will be issued.
