New Year's Eve Dinner & Cruise at Trinity Wharf

Make this New Year’s Eve unforgettable with an evening of celebration at Trinity Wharf Tauranga – delicious food, music, and epic views of the city fireworks.

Ticket price: $165+ booking fee per person (kids welcome but adult ticket price applies).

• 2-hour harbour cruise with Bay Explorer departing from & returning to Trinity Wharf’s pontoon
• Epic view of the Tauranga City fireworks on the waterfront from 9:30pm
• Fully licensed bar is available on board for additional drinks
• Optional afterparty back at Trinity Wharf until 1am as we welcome in the New Year

Take in the stunning panoramic water views whilst enjoying a delicious buffet dinner & dessert at Trinity Wharf Tauranga before being whisked off for an harbour cruise with Bay Explorer, departing from Trinity Wharf's pontoon. Arrive back at Trinity Wharf in time for the fireworks display – the perfect front row setting from Trinity Wharf’s wraparound, over water deck.

We’ll cruise the shores of the Tauranga Harbour: Te Awanui, taking in the sights from Trinity Wharf hotel to Town Reach, under the harbour bridge to Stella Passage and the Port of Tauranga. We’ll take in the evening sites of the ships up close as we cruise down to Mauao: Mount Maunganui, and the tree lined shores of Matakana Island. The Kaimai ranges and soft sunsets will feature in the distance as the day closes and evening lights start to shine. This two hour cruise will give you an appreciation of our beautiful city from a new perspective.

• 18:00 - Guest arrival, welcome drink served
• 18:30 - Buffet dinner service opens
• 19:45 - Guests board the Bay Explorer from hotel’s pontoon
• 20:00 - Bay Explorer departs
• 21:30 - Council fireworks while on the water
• 22:00 - Bay Explorer returns to Trinity Wharf - Trinity Wharf bar open, DJ set resumes until 12.30am, service ends at 1am

Please dress for the weather conditions. It can get chilly, so bring something to wrap up warm, and ideally wear comfortable, flat soled shoes.

Dietary requirements can be catered for by prior arrangement. Minimum 7 days notice is required.

Please note, tickets are non-refundable however ticket holder names are transferrable. Trinity Wharf reserves the right to postpone/cancel this event or the cruise portion of this event due to weather conditions and/or low occupancy numbers - this will be done in consultation with all ticket holders and refunds will be offered if required.

City fireworks are subject to the council's conditions and Trinity Wharf does not take any responsibility for changes to their schedule/event.

In the event of cruise cancellation due to severe weather, guests will receive a voucher for a Sunday Scenic Harbour cruise to use at a later date.
