Newcastle Ghost Walk - Sunday and Monday Easter Weekend 2025

Come on a two hours walk around the oldest and most haunted areas of Newcastle East where the first settlement of Newcastle began in 1084.

Your guide is Renata Daniel, owner of Newcastle Ghost Tours and when she isn't hosting tours she is out ghost hunting, researching, podcasting, travelling to haunted sites in the UK and the USA and learning about the paranormal.

Renata will talk about the history of Newcastle but she will also share the ghost stories she has head first hand or researched. She will tell you why Newcastle is so haunted!

Meet Renata at the fountain at the front of Customs House at the harbour end of Watt Street (GPS will tell you that it is 1 Bond Street Newcastle)

Please note that you may have to search for parking especially on a Friday or Saturday night - I recommend the foreshore parking areas.

Wear comfortable shoes and please be aware that Renata starts ON TIME.

Start time is 8pm to 10pm.

WHo would this tour would not appeal to: This tour is not recommended for children as they will get bored or teenagers that you cannot detach from their mobiles phones.

You will probably not see a ghost, but maybe you will feel like someone is observing you as you stop at these sites and you will certainly understand that Newcastle has complex layers of history and lots of ghost tales to tell.
