Before Astalty, Jonathon spent eight years running Empowered Community Services, a multi-service NDIS provider supporting hundreds of participants across Newcastle and Lake Macquarie, where he lived firsthand the roster headaches, SCHADS complexities, invoicing friction and compliance pressure that come with growing an NDIS business. That experience shaped Astalty's mission: bringing rosters, staff tasks, compliance, support coordination, invoicing and oversight under one roof. Astalty now supports over 3,000 support coordinators and hundreds of providers nationally.

He is a strong advocate for person-centred, integrated and community-driven primary care, passionate about improving access, equity and quality across the health system. Known for a practical, people-first approach to leadership, Keith is proud to champion frontline teams and to lead one of the Hunter region's largest primary health organisations.
