Select the 'Refund/Cancel' tab
Scroll down to 'Self-service refund' and select your ticket

Alternatively, you can just send our Training team an email and we'll sort it out for you: training@theservicesunion.com.au
- Can I access paid leave to attend the training?
We hold the session around lunch time to enable as many members to attend without needing to access leave. However, if you are a Delegate, you may have access to paid leave so you don't have to use your lunch break.
Union Delegate
Most if not all of our Delegates have access to paid union training leave as part of their Award or Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (EBA).
To request paid leave, you would follow your normal leave request process. If there is no option for paid training leave in your workplace's leave system, you can simply send an email to your relevant manager or the person who approves your leave requests.
