For pregnant women (3rd trimester) and mums with babies in arms (up to six months).

The session includes:

• Grounding practice

• Sharing circle 

• Connection and co-regulation

• Tea and light snacks
  

Mums and birthing parents, including gender diverse/non-binary parenting folk welcome.

Getting there:

• Bus stop at door (31, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 39 and 53)

• Free on-street parking at door
