Awakening Through Wisdom and the Heart:

A Two-Day Meditation Retreat via Zoom Meeting with Anam Thubten

The New Year is a time to review how we have been living and set spiritual resolutions. It can be a time to find our old patterns, shed them, and redirect our attention to higher principles such as awakening. It is a time to start the year with immersion into practices that can give rise to wisdom and expand our heart. A meditation retreat in this potent season can help us to live with more awareness in the coming year. In this online retreat, Anam Thubten will offer meditation guidance and talks based on the teachings of Nyingma lineage of Tibetan Buddhism.

How to Participate

Advance registration is required for this online Zoom meeting. The cost is $150 for the two-day retreat. To register, click the "Register" box (in the upper right of this page on a computer). On the screen that opens, enter the number 1 in the window next to Retreat Registration. For full-price tickets, no access code is needed.

Registration closes on Saturday, January 3 at 9:30 am PST.

This retreat will not be recorded.

Daily Schedule and Preparation

Two online sessions will be offered each day. Out of respect for the teachings and the teacher, please plan to participate in all sessions. The retreat is broadcast only during these hours:

10 am to 12:30 pm PST (1:00 pm to 3:30 EST)

2:00 pm to 4:30 pm PST (5:00 pm to 7:30 pm EST)

Dana and Scholarship Donation

There will be a chance to offer dana, a financial gift in gratitude to the teacher, at the end of the retreat.

As part of registration, you are also invited to make an offering to the scholarship fund to support others. Your generosity is most appreciated.
