New Year's Yoga & Breathwork - Sunshine Coast

Join us on the 1st of January in Mudjimba to welcome 2025 in our hearts, give thanks and set our intentions for the year. 

We will practice a beautiful mindfulness routine with a bit of Yoga, Meditation and a gentle Breathwork practice. Our intention is to close 2024, let go of the old, give thanks, and also clear the space to invite the new in 2025. 

Bring your mat, a pillow, a blanket and sun screen. This is a by donation event but registration is a must to know numbers. 

This is a gentle, yet informative and educational session for everyone, where you will not just experience the power of your own breath, you will learn tools and techniques you can take home to increase your wellbeing, release stress and manage overwhelming situation.

Join us at 6am at Mudjimba Park, next to the beach entrance 125 where the carpark is.

About your host:

Cristian Trujillo

Cristian is a mindfulness coach and business mentor, he was born in Chile and moved to Australia 15 years ago. Over the years he has walked many paths that allowed him to accumulate a wide variety of experience.

In his work as a facilitator he brings together his experience as a Yoga Teacher, Reiki Healer, Breathwork facilitator and Certified Coach. He also incorporates the principles he has practised as an Engineer, Videographer, Entrepreneur, Lecturer and Business Mentor.

Cristian is based in the Sunshine Coast and is the founder of Yandina Yoga and Breathwork, where he shares the practices of Yoga and Breathwork with people who would like to get started in these practices. Cristian runs workshops, retreats and speaking engagement across Australia and Overseas.
