Next Move: generative somatic practices for the new year
Description
Begin the new year with generative, somatic practices to listen to the mind that's alive in/as your body. Try some experiments in moving, reflecting, harvesting, transitioning and envisioning. Based in practices of Body-Mind Centering®, Social Presencing Theater, and contemplative arts, these three classes will support you to deepen your enquiries into body-sensing, system-sensing and sense-making.
