Jyo is an award-winning Customer Experience (CX) and digital transformation leader, author of the book "Customer Success Mindset". She's also a passionate advocate for women and youth in STEM.

Over the past 15 years, she has had the opportunity to work with startups and enterprises across the globe, helping build scalable go-to-market strategies and delivering commercial outcomes through a customer-first approach.

Her journey has taken her from founding and exiting a bootstrapped company to relocating across continents, publishing a book, and leading transformation programs across industries. She has worked across post-sales, customer success, and digital transformation—always focused on creating meaningful impact.

Jyo is an active mentor and volunteer, supporting women, youth, and underserved communities in STEM. Still learning, still growing, and always up for a challenge that makes a difference! Jyo is excited to share her learnings with you. 

In this session, she'll cover the following topics:  

1. Bootstrapping your business to traction (Bootstrapping is where an entrepreneur starts a company with little capital, relying on sales revenue rather than outside investments)
   
2. Testing your big-picture vision with a minimum viable test
3. Selling: the most underrated founder skill
