Ready to trade pitch decks for real-world building? Spend a week with us (23–30 Aug) turning messy, authentic problems into working AI demos.

Schedule

• Sat 23 Aug

  • 1:00 PM — Check in, grab a name tag + welcome pack, meet other builders

  • 1:30 PM — How the hack works: challenges, judging, prizes

  • 2:00 PM — Lightning talks

    • Shawn Li (Alibaba Cloud International): Solution Architect

    • Dr Lukas Wesemann (Maincode, MLAI): physicist turned AI researcher; building sovereign models in AU

  • 2:30–4:00 PM — Mingle, brainstorm, whiteboard

  • 4:00–5:00 PM — Form your squad (max 5) + submit a short plan of attack

• Sun 24 – Fri 29 Aug — Open venue all week: code, test, get mentor help (advisor talks 24, 27, 28 August)

• Sat 30 Aug — Showcase day: set up your booth, demo your way, winner teams announced

• Fri 5 Sep @ NextGen AI Conference — Final live pitches; winner crowned
