The value of governance in your NFP, is where it is used to create alignment throughout the organisation. To do this is about more than best practice. It is about gaining the understanding of how to create the right fit for your NFP.

The NFP Governance Rendezvous is a regular space to hear how you might apply governance to your organisation, and share challenges and successes you have had along the way.

If you are a CEO, Director or Company Secretary of an NFP, or aspiring to these positions; or just wanting to learn more about governance in the NFP space, feel free to come along and be part of the conversation.
