How NFP and Charity Overheads are currently perceived and why?
Are Boards of these organisations making a rod for their own back?
What are some approaches to Financial Governance that may provide options?
Can we communicate these in a better way so as to not limit an NFP's ability to build capability? 

The value of governance in your NFP, is where it is used to create alignment throughout the organisation. To do this is about more than best practice. It is about gaining the understanding of how to create the right fit for your NFP.

The NFP Governance Rendezvous is a regular space to hear how you might apply governance to your organisation, and share challenges and successes you have had along the way.
