Tapas, Dim Sum, Mezze, oh my! 

This night is dedicated to the small plates with BIG flavor! Patatas Bravas, tinned fish, olives, dips, bread! We’ll explore how cheese can fit into these small plate vibes that’ll leave you full! We’ll explore the areas of Portugal, Italy, Spain, and whatever else fits the vibe! 

All class tickets include a selection of cheeses, thoughtfully paired accompaniments, and small tasting samples of drinks (alcoholic or non-alcoholic). Enjoy an interactive and engaging educational experience, plus an exclusive discount for shopping after the class. Please inform us of any allergies at the time of ticket purchase so we can accommodate your needs. 

The educational portion of the class runs about 45 minutes—give or take, depending on how curious (or chatty) you are! After that, the last hour is all yours to mingle, sip, and shop at your leisure 

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early so we can begin promptly! 

Classes may be cancelled if we do not hit our minimum registration amount.
