A guide to thriving in Menopause. Empowering women with a holistic approach: mitigating symptoms, changing up your movement, optimizing nourishment, incorporating adaptogens and MHT, and prioritizing gut health, supplements and sleep.

“Kia ora! I'm Nicole Walker.

I’m passionate about women’s health, being strong and working with our unique physiology to thrive in life. 

Last year I launched my business - Strong Wāhine - to holistically empower women to thrive using 3 key pillars: mindset, nourishment and movement. I facilitate group 'Train Like a Woman and Thrive' outdoor circuit training, prepare personalised programs and give ongoing guidance and advice. I am an expert in holistic Menopause support, having studied under Dr Stacy Sims - the global leader in women’s physiology and performance.

I worked in Police Forensics for the past 11 years. I love trail running, mountain biking and kayaking. I’m also a former elite triathlete and trail runner.”
