Event description

How does our financial system need to adapt for the energy transition? What kinds of sustainability-related risks and opportunities will energy transition bring? What is the role of private capital in solving social and environmental challenges across both public and private sectors?

Joining us for our May webinar is Nicole Yazbek-Martin from the Australian Sustainable Finance Institute. Nicole will be discussing sustainable finance and its critical role in accelerating Australia's transition to a decarbonised economy. She will highlight how policy and finance must work together to catalyse sustainable and socially-responsible change as a key pillar of the energy transition.

Drawing on her leadership in developing the Australian Sustainable Finance Taxonomy and working across government, regulators, and the finance sector, Nicole will explore how clear standards, nature integration, and practical frameworks are reshaping capital allocation towards net zero.

Register now to save your spot and hear Nicole's insights into aligning investments with climate and nature goals and what it takes to embed sustainability into financial decision-making.
