Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation also known as “yogic sleep” or “effortless relaxation.” After a few gentle postures to settle into the body, you’ll rest in savasana while being guided on a journey inward where your awareness balances between wakefulness and sleep. It is from this space of deep relaxation that mental, emotional, and physical tensions can be resolved and deep healing can begin.
