Nidra Magic is a 4-week online journey weaving the ancient art of Yoga Nidra with sacred self-inquiry, subtle practices, and the philosophy of deep rest.
What is Yoga Nidra?
Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep, is a guided meditation practice that induces a state of conscious deep relaxation, similar to sleep but with awareness. It involves lying down in a supported position and following verbal instructions to bring attention to different parts of the body, sensations, and breath. The goal is to move into a state between wakefulness and sleep, where the mind can experience profound rest and rejuvenation.
This is not just about sleep - it’s about soul-deep restoration.
Each week, you’ll receive:
A live Zoom session with guided Yoga Nidra and teachings rooted in yogic wisdom
A downloadable Nidra practice to return to daily
A weekly contemplation to deepen your integration

Kate Kendall is a pioneer in the wellness space, known for her ability to bridge the worlds of yoga, breathwork, and transformational leadership. As the Co-Founder of Flow Athletic and author of Life in Flow, she has inspired thousands to take their yoga practice beyond the mat and into everyday life.
With a passion for creating immersive and uplifting experiences, Kate co-created Flow After Dark, Australia's largest silent disco yoga event, bringing movement, music, and mindfulness together in a way that ignites the soul. She has also led multiple 'Inspired Leaders' Yoga Teacher Trainings, mentoring a new generation of teachers and space holders.
