Free Guided Night Hikoi at Okere Falls
Join us at the Okere Falls Carpark for an exciting night walk to discover what lives in our forests and soil.
A short hikoi with torches to see (and hear) the animal, insect and plant life we can find
Under fairy lights we’ll have storytime in the forest glade
On our return we’ll be able to see the real life fairy lights of our native glowworms.
Hot chocolate back at the carpark after!!
Date: 6th September 6.00pm - 8.00pm
Where: Okere Falls Carpark, Rotorua
Bring: Warm clothes, torch or headlamp, comfortable walking shoes
Note: Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult
