Submodality Based Change Patterns
This section explores reality v's memory and how our memories and how we communicate are built from sensory experience. Submodalities code our experience of reality, certainty and time. They provide the detail and are some of the qualities of our senses. They add more information and richness. For example, some qualities of sight are light or dark, focused or unfocused, colour or black/white. You will learn more about the qualities of the sensory language of our memories, and how we can change memories in ways that are useful to us. You will learn how we paint a picture through our language and how to communicate our ideas and influence others more effectively. You will also learn how changing submodalities allows us to change the meaning of our experience.
