Part of Randwick City Council's Town Hall Takeover.

Mahjong lands in the Town Hall.

Beginner friendly, suitable for all levels. Low pressure, high vibes. Come solo or bring a crew - we’ll match you with players of a similar level. Teaching assistants on hand to show you the ropes.

No Flowers Mahjong Club takes over the Town Hall on the following evenings:

Friday 20 November, 6pm to 9pm. Majhong first session from 6pm - 7:30pm, and second session from 7:30pm - 9pm.

Thursday 4 February, 6pm to 9pm. Majhong first session from 6pm - 7:30pm, and second session from 7:30pm - 9pm.

About the Artists
Nø Flowers is a contemporary Mahjong Club from Sydney reimagining the game as a shared cultural experience, rooted in ancestry and social connection. Founded by Rose Pengelly, it was created as a way for her to reconnect with her culture and community. Nø Flowers brings people together around the table.

Access

Randwick Town Hall is located on the ground floor at 90 Avoca Street, Randwick.

The main entrance is via double doors located on Frances Street. From this entrance there are 8 steps with handrails to reach the hall.

There is a wheelchair accessible entry via the carpark on Avoca Street. There is an accessible car park located on Frances Street.

Town Hall Takeover takes place on the land of the Gadigal and Bidjigal people. We pay respect to Elders past and present, recognising their strength, wisdom and creativity.
