No Lights No Lycra is a casual, free-form dance session held in a darkened room, created purely for the joy of moving your body. There’s no choreography, no pressure, and no judgement — just you, the music, and the freedom to dance however you like.

There’s no membership required. Simply book in or turn up when you’re in the mood for a dance.

What to expect

• A dimly lit room where the lights are kept low so you can truly let go without worrying about how you look

• A welcoming, friendly, and non-threatening environment

• An alcohol-free space

• Minimal talking, so everyone can fully lose themselves in the music

• An experience focused on feeling, not technique — there’s no such thing as being a “good” or “bad” dancer here

This is a space to shake off the stresses of the week, drop your inhibitions, and be completely yourself.
