Description
No Sudden Moves isn't an event.
It's a rare environment.
Move at the speed of trust.
No Sudden Moves continues as an ongoing twice-monthly practice where curated music and embodied movement become pathways into presence, connection, and awareness—a spacious place to return, reconnect, and deepen.
No Sudden Moves offers something increasingly rare: a place to practice presence, cultivate awareness, and integrate what matters most. Here, in this intentional and sacred space, those qualities become a lived experience through music, shared presence, embodied movement, and the emerging energy of the collective.
Together, through a thoughtfully curated experience of music, contemplative movement, intentional silence, facilitated exploration, guided reflection, community circle, and shared practice, we co-create the conditions for presence, awareness, and meaningful integration.
An opportunity to step out of the pace of everyday life and into a more intentional rhythm.
A place where nothing is asking you to hurry.
Where listening is valued as much as speaking.
Where silence has a place.
Your attention can return to what matters.
Movement becomes a conversation rather than a performance.
Movement becomes a way of paying attention. It is approached with curiosity rather than performance.
Everyone is invited to participate in ways that honor their body and the shared practice.
Community gives living expression to the experience.
The experience gives living expression to community.
Within those conditions, insight, clarity, and wisdom are invited to emerge through direct experience.
If something here resonates with you, we look forward to practicing with you.
Come as you are. Everything else unfolds from there.

Facilitated by Wendy Marie
For many years, Wendy Marie has thoughtfully designed and facilitated distinctive transformational experiences recognized for their intentional design, careful pacing, and uncommon depth of participation.
She thoughtfully cultivates the conditions in which people, community, and the experience itself become more than the sum of their parts. Rather than leading people toward predetermined outcomes, she creates environments where direct experience becomes a trusted guide and meaningful discoveries are invited to emerge.
Her work is grounded in deep respect for the practice, the people, and the understanding that the most meaningful experiences cannot be manufactured. They emerge through thoughtful design, shared presence, and trust.
