Noble Music Student Showcase 2024
Event description
It's nearly that time of year again!
The annual Drummer's showcase is now booked at my beloved "The Jade" venue on Thursday November 28th.
Each year this show is a great opportunity for drumming students from across the Adelaide Metropolitan area to come together to showcase their work from the past year to an audience of family, friends and fellow drummers! This is an all ages and all skills event and is also an excellent opportunity for younger and newer players to get a glimpse at some of the work that goes on at the more advanced levels. Each student is welcome to perform any piece of their choosing. The intention of this event is to have fun and get some experience on stage with minimum pressure! No assessments, no judgement, just getting on the stage and playing what you're most proud of!
The show will be split into 3 sessions, each starting on the hour from 6-7pm, 7-8pm and 8-9pm. This is to ensure comfortable seating in the venue (and the sanity of parents in attendance). Be sure to select your preferred slot on the sign up form. Once all performance spots are filled you will be notified of your performance slot by email. If you would like to attend more than one session to see some more performers, please select that option on the sign up form. I can not guarantee admittance to all 3 sessions for everyone, but there is usually enough room for a several curious students and families to keep enjoying more of the show.
Be sure to grab some tickets and sign up as a performer quick as with so many new students, this year is bound to be a sell out! (please note that performers do not need to purchase tickets, please click here to register a performer).
The Jade is a small boutique bar and venue, while they do not serve dinner they do have nibbles like cheese boards etc. Contact the venue ahead of time to check. They are a lovely, family operated venue and would love to help.
