Step away from the noise of the week and enter a peaceful nocturnal journey of breath, presence, sound, vibration and guided meditation by the ocean at Elwood Angling Club.

For this special Saturday evening, Victor Holder is joined by Sonia from Keep Shining Healing, who brings more than 20 years of experience facilitating guided meditation.

🌬️ Sonia will gently open our journey with grounding and conscious breathwork, inviting us to slow down, arrive fully in the present moment and become more aware of the sensations within the body.

Through breath, sensory awareness and connection with the elements of nature,earth, water, air and the ethereal, Sonia will guide us toward a quieter inner space, preparing the body and mind to receive the vibrations of the Sound Healing journey.

🎶 From there, Victor Holder will take you deeper through live voice, singing bowls, sacred instruments, frequencies and resonances — creating a space for deep relaxation, inner awareness and reconnection.

As sound gradually returns to stillness, Sonia will help ground and integrate the experience, gently bringing awareness back to the body, breath and present moment.

✨ This is not about doing meditation “perfectly.” Simply come as you are, lie down, breathe, listen and allow yourself to experience.
