Step away from the noise of the week and enter a peaceful nocturnal journey of breath, presence, sound, vibration and guided meditation by the ocean at Elwood Angling Club.

For this special Saturday We are having a new special guest the Venezuela musician Juan Audry aka Oidoaltambor on the Didgeridoo and Flute and Victor Holder will take you deeper through live voice, singing bowls, sacred instruments, frequencies and resonances, creating a space for deep relaxation, inner awareness and reconnection.

✨ This is not about doing meditation “perfectly.” Simply come as you are, lie down, breathe, listen and allow yourself to experience.
