NOGA: yoga + movement + expressive embodiment arts

Numinous Open Grounded Alive 

NOGA is a merging of yoga, breath, meditation, movement, and expressive embodiment practices to support your life in flow. These sessions offer a safe space for you to soften, opening the body and breath, grounding you into heart-centered and embodied experience. This work is ever evolving and classes vary from session to session. These sessions are the perfect tonic for integration of body, mind, heart and soul, anytime of day. 

$15 a session

About the facilitator: Nina took a deep dive into performance, acting, voice work, improvisation, writing, and directing, and merged her creative expressive arts with the path of yoga, where she trained in Taoist Hatha Flow Yoga. Together with these two distinct paths, she has been pioneering her own way, discovering a unique field of embodiment and expression where she merges the two: one of spirit, or essence, merged with the sensation of being physically embodied. Her path of spirituality and creativity spans many different landscapes, and cultures, of which have sculpted the different tools that she weaves through her personal practice and facilitation style.

It’s not to escape our humanness but to embrace it. 

Nina invites us to step into a world of our own softness, the softness we arrived here with, to shed the layers and stand in our soft strength, to uncover the innate wellspring of love within us, including our capacity for compassion for self, grounding all of this in our wholeness, claiming our humanness, and our sacredness, while blossoming connections and communities that are rooted in authenticity. 

Authenticity arises when we feel safe. 

Additionally, Nina facilitates acting, play, and improv classes and workshops, hosts women’s circles, and facilitates connection and dating experiences, all focused on heart-centered living.
