Noises Off

Scotland Island Players presents 'Noises Off' by Michael Frayn. This much loved and highly successful stage comedy both celebrates and lampoons classic English farce. Following a 'play with a play' format, it was born out of the realisation that what happens backstage in the theatre is often funnier than what happens on stage. Follow a troupe of hapless actors as they attempt to stage a production where everything that can go wrong does!

A bar, courtesy of the Pittwater Offshore Men's Shed, will operate before and after the performance, as well as during the interval. No BYO.

After both Friday performances and on the last night, a special ferry service will return audience members to Church Point and the western foreshore. It will depart from Tennis Court wharf approx 15 mins after the performance. Standard fares and concessions apply.

To reach Scotland Island Community Hall, mainland guests are encouraged to catch the 6.15 pm ferry (Fridays) or 6.30 pm ferry (Saturdays) from Church Point. The trip to Tennis Court wharf takes around 10 mins, followed by a 5-10 min walk to the hall. Water taxis are also available before the show.
