Non Violent Communication (NVC) training

Event description

Join us for this two day program learning and putting into practice this powerful set of techniques to help with conflict resolution that is applicable for your home, work, or social relationships.

2 days, morning tea / lunch included, 9:30am-4pm

Sat 7 - Sun 8 September

Through building connection and empathetic relationships, these tools can help create dynamic change in the way we engage with others and resolve issues.

The COMPASSIONATE COMMUNICATION process creates more understanding, honesty and care in relationships.

Based on the work of Dr Marshall Rosenberg, founder of the Centre of Nonviolent Communication (Centre for NVC), it has become known worldwide, connecting communities, workplaces, families and healing partnerships.

It also empowers us to practise compassion within ourselves.

Using the NVC steps of clarifying observation, feeling, need and request, we can listen with deepening understanding and connection. Emotional triggers and conflict are transformed.

Jana has been facilitating Compassionate Communication (NVC) workshops and groups for over 13 years. She has extended her work into facilitations, counselling and mediations in the past 7 years. Working with diverse community and education groups, businesses and families, has given her an appreciation of how the NVC process can transform communication and bring powerful healing.

Her own experience in living in communities and a background in teaching have heightened her own passion to share this liberating process. Jana’s heart wish is to empower others to relate with the truth of authentic compassion.

Wardell CORE is offering significant subsidies to anyone interested in participation that is experiencing financial barriers.  Please contact us to discuss how we can provide you with support. 0431 716 457
