Description

Have you ever wondered how Noongar people caught djildjit (fish)? Join Koorda’s Crew for a hands-on science workshop exploring how Noongar people shaped and adapted landscapes to catch fish. Re-create these fishing landscapes with playdough, then make your own djildjit to take home!

Date: Tuesday 6th October 2026

Where: Bassendean Memorial Library children's section, 46 Old Perth Road Bassendean

Time: 2:00pm - 3:00pm

Who: 4-11 year olds, to be accompanied by a guardian (Adults do not need to book- please book a ticket for your child only.)

Cost: Free!

If you are no longer able to attend this event, please make sure you cancel your tickets to allow another child on the waitlist to take part.
