What better way to spend a winter eve by snuggling up with the Whanau and watching The Croods: A New Age on the big screen!

Come on down to the Tutukaka Coast Pop up movie theatre!

Located at Matapouri Hall

🍿 Soft drinks and pop corn will be available on the night

🍿 Min gold coin entry + BYO beanbag and blankets!

This is a not-for-profit, community run event. Our Tickets have a tier system. Grab a koha ticket for you and your whanau or choose to give a little extra if you can! There will be an option for you to give koha on the evening too.

A ēnei rā, ka puta mai he toi waituhi tūramarama. Ko ngā tāngata noho i tēnei rohe, ngā kaitoi. He maha ngā hui mō tātou. Ka titiro korā he mahere, he wātaka hoki. Nau mai haramai tātou katoa. Northern Lights Festival is a multi day/night event co-aligning with Matariki. During the 11 days of the festival there will be light art displays set up around the Tutukaka Coast by our local artists and creatives. A map of light installations is available for you to use when you visit the Tutukaka Coast during the festival so that you can easily to view the art works. Over the festival, there will be a series of events for you and your family to attend.
