Following the incredible success of our launch event, Northern Rivers Executive
Network is excited to announce our second networking event, taking
place on Thursday 8 May 2025 at Ballina RSL.
Join us for a dynamic panel discussion on the unique challenges and opportunities facing Northern Rivers businesses. Our exceptional panellists - including Jamie Cook, Co-Founder of Stone & Wood, Director of McTavish Surf and Jane Laverty, Regional Director, Business NSW Northern Rivers, will share practical strategies for:
- Overcoming regional infrastructure challenges
- Attracting talent outside major cities
- Leveraging our unique regional advantages
- Building resilience through seasonal fluctuations and natural events
- Creating sustainable growth strategies with local impact
The conversation will be expertly guided by Nikki Beaumont, ensuring valuable takeaways for all attendees. Our third panel speaker will also be announced very soon.
During the event, there will be facilitated roundtable discussions on the challenges faced by businesses today.

As a ticket holder, your ticket includes light refreshments (tea, coffee and water throughout the event). The club’s
bar and restaurant will be open, providing the opportunity to purchase additional refreshments at your
convenience. We encourage you to stay beyond 6:00pm to continue networking in a relaxed setting.
