Demystifying Qualmark - everything you need to know about the Qualmark assessment process

We’d like to invite you to join us for a chat about all things Qualmark. This call is for you if you are a tourism business, are not a current Qualmark member, and would like to know more about Qualmark and the assessment process.
We’ll be joined by Diane Clayton – Product Development Manager at Qualmark and Andy Corson – locally-based Tourism Business Advisor at Qualmark, to demystify Qualmark, the assessment process, and answer any questions you may have.
We’ll also hear from Dee Morrissey from Historic Kohukohu Villa, who recently went through the Qualmark assessment process and can share everything, from her preconceived notions of what Qualmark entailed, to how the process played out, and the benefits she is now seeing.
