Step into a lush soundscape of longing, joy, and reflection as Nostrum presents Songs from the Bower.

This programme has been lovingly curated by our singers themselves, each piece chosen like a bowerbird gathering treasures — brought home to form a nest of rich and varied song. Spanning centuries and styles, from the bittersweet madrigals of Bennet, Byrd, and Gesualdo to the shimmering modern harmonies of Gjeilo and Pormeister-Rips. With themes of love, nature, and grief, each piece offers a moment of stillness.

Join us for an evening of choral beauty that invites you to linger in the bower — a place of music, memory, and meaning.
