In this online session we will explore ways to organise your Town Team without getting bogged down in meetings - leaving more time to #makeithappen in our towns!
We'll be exploring:
- potential team structures
- becoming incorporated, or not - and the TTM eldership model of governance
- how to communicate as a team
- how to hold fast and effective meetings
- auspicing for unincorporated groups
- how to turn ideas into actions!
