What you’ll learn:
Learn the basics of breadmaking in a supportive environment. Discover how to knead, shape, and bake simple breads with confidence. Foundation level only.

Who it’s for:
Foundation Session – For complete beginners or those with very little cooking experience.

• Maximum 4 people, so the instructor can give extra support.

• Includes adapted tools to make prep easier.

• Children welcome with an adult.

What every session includes:
👩‍🍳 Hands-on, fun sessions designed to build skills, confidence, and connection through food.
🌱 We offer two levels of workshops for each topic to make them more accessible for everyone, from complete beginners to confident cooks.
🔍 Explore different cooking methods adapted to your needs such as energy-saving, time-saving, bulk cooking, and smart storage tips.
🕒 Sessions may finish between 7:30–8:00pm depending on pace. We’ll also use this time to reflect on adaptations, share ideas, and connect with others.
