Held at the serene Gymea Eco Resort & Spa, nestled in the lush rainforest just south of Mt. Wollumbin in Northern NSW, this retreat offers the perfect sanctuary to reconnect with your true Self.

Who is the retreat for?
You will feel you belong!!! We are an inclusive organisation.
This retreat is open to anyone of any age over 18, all abilities and all backgrounds. No Yoga or Meditation experience is necessary. Experienced Yoga & Meditation teachers also love coming to our retreats gaining extra professional development!!
Dru Yoga & Meditation is a highly accessible and inclusive.

We have partnered with Todd Stream Cameron, head chef of True Nature Cuisine to provide you with sumptuous health enhancing vegetarian food. Once you have registered you will receive a pre-event questionnaire so you can let us know your dietary requirements.

Location

Gymea Eco Retreat & Spa sits within 46 hectares of secluded rainforest in the heart of Australia's "Green Cauldron" 12 Km south of Murwillumbah.

Transport
Gold Coast Airport is the nearest airport only 40 minutes from Gymea. When you book in and register you will receive an email which includes a link to a pre-event questionnaire in which you have the option to choose airport transfers and provide us with your flight arrival and departure details.
Airport transfers are an additional cost. We have negotiated reasonable pricing with a local company.
