Join me for a transformative day of health, food, and relaxation designed to help you kickstart your journey to better well-being in 2025.

Hi, I’m Mattea, an Accredited Practicing Dietitian from Adelaide Nutrition, and I’m excited to host this event because I’m passionate about helping you improve all aspects of your health—emotional, physical, and mental.

This event is all about nourishing and prioritizing you in 2025. If you're someone who’s always busy, constantly putting work or your family ahead of your own needs, this day is for you. Perhaps you’ve noticed weight gain, declining health, or just feel out of control, stressed about food, or lacking energy. If you want to feel better, have more energy, and reduce stress, then this event will provide the tools and insights you need.

What we’ll cover:

  • Nutrition: The Non-Diet Approach to Health
    Learn how to eat mindfully without dieting. We’ll explore portion control, daily nutrition essentials, how to build balanced meals, and why traditional dieting doesn’t work. Discover how to create lasting habits that improve energy, reduce sugar cravings, prevent binge eating, and foster a healthier relationship with food and your body.
  • Sleep: The key to restoring your body and mind.
  • Meditation/Yoga Practice: Learn techniques for calming your mind and reducing stress.
  • Gut Health: Understand the connection between gut health and mental well-being.
  • Exercise: Tips on how to incorporate movement into your routine for better physical health.
