In this 60-minute yoga class, we'll move, bend and breathe. Each week a new slow flow class to help you feel fortified and balanced.
What you'll need:
- If you're a bit of a yogi bring your mat, blanket and blocks.
- If you don't have any yogi props don't despair. Grab a mat, a couple of large books (like hardcover fiction books), a strap or long belt and a blanket.
- Your speaker so you can stream the playlist for this practice from Spotify.
