As we head into the winter season it's an invitation to slow down, reflect, and realign. We can use this time to release tension, reset our nervous system, and nourish ourselves deeply.

This afternoon retreat blends nervous system wisdom, movement & Yoga Nidra to help you embrace the slower pace and inward pull of winter with resilience and ease. Through grounding yoga, nervous system foundations & journaling, you’ll cultivate inner warmth and stability, allowing you to step into the cooler months feeling replenished and connected.

This retreat is structured into three guided sessions, each designed to help you reconnect with yourself, restore balance, and step into the new season with clarity and ease.


🍂 Session 1: Navigating Change with Nervous System Wisdom with Hannah

Explore how seasonal change affects your energy, mood, and nervous system. Learn to recognise your body's cues of stress and safety, and discover practical tools for regulation and renewal.

🌿 Session 2: Root & Ground with Catalina

Enjoy a gently guided movement practice followed by Yoga Nidra—a restful, meditative practice designed to deeply calm the nervous system.

✨ Session 3: Reflect & Integrate with Hannah & Catalina

Close the afternoon with reflective journaling. This session offers space to process what’s surfaced and create gentle intentions for winter.

Meet Your Hosts

Catalina Dost – Yoga & Movement Facilitator

With over 1,000 hours of education as a yoga teacher and yoga therapist trainee, I offer classes that support restoring and deepening the connection between body, mind, and breath. Rooted in mindfulness, each practice invites you to explore your own body with curiosity and care, adapting movement to meet your unique needs.

Hannah Rae – Resilience Coach 

Hannah is a resilience coach who helps brave women navigate life’s toughest seasons. With a background in integrative somatic therapy, nervous system foundations, and mind-body resilience, she specializes in helping people move through stress, transition, and emotional overwhelm with practical, mind and body tools. Hannah is the founder of Rewild You, a platform for mental wealth, emotional wellbeing, and personal transformation.
